Tamsuheal 0.4mg Tablet MR is a modified‑release tamsulosin capsule used to ease urinary symptoms from an enlarged prostate (BPH), such as weak stream, hesitancy, frequent urination, urgency, and nighttime trips. Take one capsule once daily, about 30 minutes after the same meal each day, and swallow it whole. Many people notice better flow within days to weeks. Be mindful of dizziness when standing, possible ejaculation changes, and drug interactions (especially strong CYP3A4 inhibitors).
