• Take one Rizact 5 Mg tablet at the first sign of your migraine.
• If the headache comes back or never fully clears, you can take a second dose at least 2 hours after the first, as directed by your prescriber.
• The typical maximum for adults is 30 mg in 24 hours. If you take propranolol, the recommended dose is 5 mg per attack with a maximum of 15 mg in 24 hours.
