Zendol 200 mg Capsule (Danazol) – take exactly as prescribed, usually twice daily, to quiet endometriosis, breast cysts or hereditary angio-edema. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Danazol can cause weight gain, acne, oily skin, voice changes, menstrual upset and mood shifts; it interacts with warfarin, insulin and some seizure drugs. Never use it in pregnancy; reliable contraception is essential. Keep all clinician follow-ups and report unusual hair growth, jaundice or ankle swelling promptly.
